Universal flat TV tilt wall-mount bracket is great news for owners of flat-panel TVs. It's designed to safely and securely support large displays (32"-60"). The UT-PRO is easy to install and use, and offers smooth operation and great looks. Some tilt brackets require tools to adjust the angle, but Virtual Axis™ technology allows variable angle adjustment with just the touch of a finger. With Virtual Axis, the display stays exactly where you aim it, and you can lock the position by simply tightening a knob.
The UT-PRO places your flat-panel display closer to the wall (only 3-1/4") than many similar tilt-mount brackets. And isn't a wall-hugging appearance one of the main reasons you chose a flat-panel display in the first place? The UT-PRO s simple but strong design is also one of the few that doesn't require a mounting plate for the display. Like every other ProMounts product we've seen, the UT-PRO combines smart engineering with outstanding fit and finish.
KEY FEATURES:
FEATURES
COMPATIBILITY: This universal wall-mount bracket is designed to fit flat-panel plasma and LCD screens from 32" to 60". The TV can have a maximum weight of 175 pounds.
CONSTRUCTION: The bracket is constructed of heavy-gauge steel.
MOUNTING: The wall plate must be anchored directly to wall studs using the supplied lag bolts. The slots in the wall plate can accommodate a variety of stud spacing, allowing you to easily mount the TV to wall studs that are 16" or 24" on center. Once the wall plate is anchored to the wall studs and the TV rails (with the TV attached) are hooked onto the wall plate, the TV can slide left to right, allowing you to center the TV on the wall. After the TV is secured, it will be held approximately 3-1/4" from the wall.
NOTE: Each TV rail has a top and bottom vertical slot. Each rail can accommodate vertical hole spacing (on the back of the TV) from 6-3/4" to 18-1/2". Since the TV rails can slide on the wall plate, the horizontal hole spacing on the back of the TV can be up to 30".
VIRTUAL AXIS TECHNOLOGY: Once the TV is secured to the wall, you can adjust the TV's angle. With Virtual Axis, the TV can tilt 15 degrees forward or backward, and you can lock the position by simply tightening a knob on each TV rail.
